[Archlinux] wlan0 up - Operation not possible due to RF-kill

# echo “blacklist hp_wmi” > /etc/modprobe.d/hp.conf

Install package
pacman -S rfkill

Reboot, then unblock all WiFi with (as root):
# rfkill unblock all
