Download PI3 from following command.
wget -c http://os.archlinuxarm.org/os/ArchLinuxARM-rpi-3-latest.tar.gz
Install ArchLinuxARM-rpi-3 into board by refering Raspberry Pi 3 - installation page
After install file into SD card, then unplug SD card from PC. Plug SD card into raspberry, then start it.
