[Clock] Linux clock is wrong

My linux clock is wrong.
When I use following command alway failure when reboot again.

ntpdate pool.ntp.org

date --set="10:00:00"

When I saw following description give me a ideal to fix it.

Set the System Time from the Hardware Clock.

# hwclock --hctosys

I think maybe is my bios time is wrong, so I reboot my computer and jump to bios setting.

Set the right clock time. After reboot my computer, my linux clock time is right again. Bingo !!
