[ncurses] Compile ncurses-5.8

Download ncurses-5.8.tar.gz

Export the variable CPPFLAGS in the shell with -P
export CPPFLAGS=”-P”

tar xvf ncurses-5.8.tar.gz

cd ncurses-5.8

Configure file - generate shared library
./configure –with-shared
make
make install
