[SEGGER] How to use SEGGER tool(j-link) to debug the board

Download the segger tool(j-link)

decompress the file
tar xvf JLink_Linux_V612i_x86_64.tgz

cd JLink_Linux_V612i_x86_64

Execute the file
./JLinkExe
