Step 1:
install Docky
Search in Ubuntu software center
(Have a Docky on the bottom of screen)
Step 2:
Install mac4lin
Download from internet.
Extract Mac4Lin_Install_v1.0.zip
sh Mac4Lin_Install_v1.0.sh --> install it.
Now change theme.
(Become MAC theme)

Step 3:
Install Compiz Config Setting Manager
sudo apt-get install screenlets compizconfig-settings-manager --> update this package into synaptic
In Synaptic --> search compiz-fusion --> install it.
Execute compiz Config Setting Manager --> System --> Preferences --> Compiz Config Setting Manager
(There are many action can use)
