[CNR][CLI] How to login CNR by using telnet to windows server

1. Open telnet Daemon on windows server.

a. Open the Services MMC snap-in. Click Start, and then type services.msc in the Start Search box.
b. If the User Account Control dialog box appears, confirm that the action it displays is what you want, and then click Continue.
c. Right-click Telnet, and then click Properties.

2. telnet to windows server.
3. cd C:\Program Files\Network Registrar\Local\bin\
4. Input account and password
