[IPv6] Autoconfiguration and DHCPv6

RA format

• M=1, O=0 or 1: All information (include Prefix、DNS) get from DHCPv6 Server. (Stateful DHCPv6)
• M=0, O=1 : Use Prefix from RA, but the info the DNS get from DHCPv6 Server. (Stateless DHCPv6)
• M=0, O=0 : Use Prefix from RA, but client can’t get DNS from DHCPv6 Server. (Stateless autoconfiguration)

Stateful : Must maintain the table which contain all info by DHCPv6 Server. (IPv6 assign, Ipv6 mapping)
Stateless : No need to dynamic maintain table by DHCPv6 Server.
