[VIM] vim 7.4 install

Download from vim webpage
wget ftp://ftp.vim.org/pub/vim/unix/vim-7.4.tar.bz2

Enable cscope
./configure --enable-cscope
make
make install

Type following command will know the status of cscope.
vim --version
